Wes Zirlke, '01, has joined Gutwein Law, where he will continue to practice in the areas of sports law, marketing and sponsorship. He formerly was the executive vice president and general counsel at Just Marketing International, and served at the law firm Keller Macaluso.

Zirkle is a familiar face around IU McKinney. He frequently has spoken to student groups at the law school about his legal career, and his path to law school. Just Marketing International was a motorsports marketing agency, which was acquired by CSM Sports & Entertainment. Gutwein Law focuses on formation and capital raising, employment, patents and trademarks, litigation, trusts and estate, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. The firm also is heavily involved in sports law.
