FAESA Students Visit Indiana Supreme Court Justice Steven David, '82

Students and faculty taking part in the FAESA--Centro Universitario program in American law learned from Professor Fran Watson, '80, and paid a visit to the Indiana Supreme Court.
Professor Watson discussed "Righting Wrongful Convictions with Forensic Science." The group then paid a visit to Indiana Supreme Court Justice Steven David, '82. They also had the chance to visit with IU McKinney LL.M. student Daniel Neves Pereira, who is working as an intern with Justice David during the Fall 2019 semester. Pereira is a state judge in Brazil, and is studying the International Human Rights Law track at IU McKinney.
