Steve Tuchman, '71, Hosts Alumni, Current Students for Networking Event
09/09/2019
Steve Tuchman, '71, and Reed Bobrick invited alumni and current students to their home on Lake Clearwater in Indianapolis for a networking event over the summer of 2019 . The guests enjoyed an evening of boating on the lake, and the recent graduates received tips, wisdom, and encouragement for studying for the bar exam. Current student Warren Cangany was able to attend and received advice about his career trajectory through and beyond law school.
Tuchman and his husband, Reed Bobrick, made a $100,000 gift commitment to the law school in 2013 to create the Tuchman Bobrick Scholarship. Recent graduate, Stephen Rollins, III, ’19, was the 2016-17 recipient of the scholarship…and happily, passed the July 2019 bar exam.
Tuchman said, “Reed and I enjoy interacting with current students and alumni and find it more useful than griping about how nothing is the same. It is very rewarding to be asked for advice and in the process to learn as much from those asking as they might learn from us.”
