Professor Mohapatra Featured Speaker at Bioethics Annual Gathering

IU McKinney of Law Professor Seema Mohapatra spoke at the American Society of Bioethics and Humanities Annual Meeting in Pittsburgh on October 27.
She spoke about “Centering Marginalized Populations in Bioethics & Health Law Courses: Principles and Strategies” with three other law professors. She also served as the lead reviewer of the Diversity, Disparity, and Inclusion Group Session Category to help build the ASBH Program and was honored with a presidential citation from the ASBH president for her service to the organization.
Professor Mohapatra is pictured above, during a talk on October 11 at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law’s 2019 Nova Law Review Symposium. She spoke on the subject of regulating human germline editing.
