Dissertation by Ahmed Altawyan, S.J.D. '17, Named to List of Best New Mediation Books for 2020

The book version of Ahmed Altawyan's dissertation has been named one of the seven best new mediation books to read in 2020 by the BookAuthority. The book, published in 2018, was edited by Professor Frank Emmert, who also served as Altawyan's dissertation supervisor.
The book is the first comprehensive analysis of the new Saudi Arbitration Law of 2012, and is available on Amazon.The work was published by the Council on International Law and Politics, which is based in Indianapolis, and chaired by Professor Emmert.
