Professor Quigley Offers Expertise on Medicaid Changes in IBJ Story

Professor Fran Quigley, '87, is one of many people who are concerned about how proposed changes to Medicaid would impact low-income Indiana residents. He talked with Indianapolis Business Journal for a story on the change that would allow states to add eligibility requirements, benefit changes, and drug-coverage limits.
In the story, (subscription required) Professor Quigley warns of the consequences for low-income Hoosiers if the price of medicines continues to rise.
Professor Quigley teaches in the Health and Human Rights Clinic at IU McKinney. He is the author of Prescription for the People: An Activist's Guide to Making Medicine Affordable for All, published by Cornell University Press in 2017.
