Hon. Margret Robb,'78, Appointed to Supreme Court Rules Committee

Indiana Court of Appeals Judge Margret Robb, ’78, has been appointed by Chief Justice Loretta Rush to a five-year term on the Indiana Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure. Robb takes over on July 1, 2020 for Court of Appeals Judge L. Mark Bailey, ’82. IU McKinney Clinical Professor of Law, Joel Schumm, ’98, was also reappointed for a five-year term.
Other alumni currently serving on the 13-member committee include Chair Lilia Judson, ’75, Perry Gregory Cross, ’03, Stacy R. Uliana, ’97, and Christine H. Hickey, ’93.
The Rules Committee is charged with reporting to the Court from time to time with recommendations and proposed amendments to promote simplicity in procedure, just determination of litigation, and elimination of unjustified expense and delay.
