Professor Terry's Op-Ed on COVID-19 Failures Published in The Hill

IU McKinney Professor Nicolas Terry published an op-ed in The Hill recognizing a long list of failures associated with COVID-19 and focusing on five immediate Congressional actions to improve the U.S. response to the pandemic.
The op-ed references recommendations from on “Assessing Legal Responses to CVOID-19,” a new report in which Terry joined 50 top experts from a wide variety of policy areas to diagnose and treat another facet of the COVID-19 crisis: legal failure.
Professor Terry is Hall Render Professor of Law and Executive Director of the Hall Center for Law and Health at IU McKinney. He was recently awarded an COVID-19 Rapid Response Grant, a grant award from Indiana University to support efforts related to the complex nature of and daunting response to the novel coronavirus.
