Professor Emmert Author of New Edition of Text on International Business Transactions

Professor Frank Emmert’s textbook, International Business Transactions, has been published by Carolina Academic Press. It is the second edition of the text, which was originally published in 2013.
The work is accompanied by two companion collections of documents: International Business Transactions - Documents: Vol. I - Transactional Law Documents, and International Business Transactions - Documents: Vol. II - Dispute Settlement Documents.
Professor Emmert is an internationally recognized commercial arbitrator. At McKinney, he is the Executive Director of the Center for International and Comparative Law, and the John S. Grimes Professor of Law. He teaches International Business Transactions, International Commercial Arbitration, International Investment Law, World Trade Law, and European Union Law.
