Professor Silverman Publishes New Article in British Journal

IU McKinney Professor Ross D. Silverman, along with colleagues from the NCAA Sports Science Institute and the NCAA-Department of Defense Mind Matters Challenge, published a new article in the British Journal of Sports Medicine.
The article offers recommendations that are a product of the collective knowledge generated in the research conducted under this three-year project to improve understanding of and reduce negative influences of environmental factors on concussion response and outcomes in college sports and military service environments.
Professor Silverman is Professor of Health Policy and Management IU Fairbanks School of Public Health Professor of Public Health and Law IU McKinney School of Law. His research interests include legal, ethical and policy issues in public health and medicine, professional school admissions, interdisciplinary curriculum development, medical humanities, human rights, and patient safety.
