Podcast Features Professor Terry on Privacy in a Pandemic

IU McKinney Professor Nicolas P. Terry is featured in a conversation about “Privacy in a Pandemic” on OLR, the official podcast of the Oklahoma Law Review.
The podcast teams Professors Christine Coughlin of Wake Forest Law with Professor Terry in a discussion of the COVID-19 pandemic, privacy and the related health law concerns, including HIPAA, quarantine stories, and lessons from Hurricane Katrina.
Professor Terry is Hall Render Professor of Law and Executive Director of the Hall Center for Law and Health at IU McKinney, where he teaches healthcare and health policy courses. He serves on Indiana University’s Grand Challenges Scientific Leadership Team working on the response to addictions.
