IU McKinney Alumni, Student Serve on Committees Searching for Next IU President

Several IU McKinney alumni are serving in a variety of capacities as Indiana University begins its search for its next president. IU President Michael A. McRobbie announced his intention to retire in June 2021.
Members of the search committee conducting a nationwide search for the next IU president include Molly Connor, IU Trustee and IU McKinney 3L; and Lacy Johnson, ’81, partner at Ice Miller and a member of IU McKinney’s Board of Visitors.
The process is being guided by a search advisory committee. This group will gather input from internal and external stakeholders and help guide the search committee. This effort is led by co-chair MaryEllen Bishop, ’82, IU Trustee and partner at Cohen Garelick & Glazer. Serving as committee members are Dennis Bland, ’92, president and CEO of the Center for Leadership Development; Nate Feltman, ’94, owner, IBJ Media; and Fred Glass, ’84, former IU vice president and director for intercollegiate athletics.
