Professor Kelly Publishes Article with American University Human Rights Brief

Professor Linda Kelly had a recent article published with American University’s Human Rights Brief. The piece appears in Volume 24, Issue 2, Winter 2020.
The piece, titled “The Tortured Woman: Defying the Conventions of the Convention Against Torture,” begins at journal page 83.
Professor Kelly is the M. Dale Palmer Professor of Law at IU McKinney. She joined the faculty in the fall of 2002, following seven years as a faculty member at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. Professor Kelly has written extensively on issues surrounding immigration law as well as domestic violence and the treatment of domestic violence in immigration law.
