IU McKinney Adjunct Professor Publishes Book with ABA

Jim Coles, a long-serving adjunct professor at IU McKinney in the area of intellectual property law, has published a book with the American Bar Association.
“Drafting and Negotiating Intellectual Property Transactions” is a “guide to the practical aspects of drafting and negotiating intellectual property transactions, provides clear information for new attorneys or who are new to IP, and law students, while providing a quick resource for more seasoned IP and business law attorneys.”
Coles practices in Indianapolis at the law firm Densborn Blachly. He teaches Intellectual Property: Transactions & Licensing at IU McKinney.
