Shang Jiang, LL.M. ’10, JD ’14, has been named to the 2021 New York Metro Rising Stars Super Lawyer list. Jiang has been named to the list every year since 2018.

Jiang is an associate at the law firm Ellenoff Grossman & Schole, where she practices in all aspects of corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on securities regulation, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience advising clients on cross-border transactions. At IU McKinney, she was a dual-degree student while she was part of the doctor of jurisprudence program, earning a master of business administration degree from the Kelley School of Business.
