Benjamin Keele has been appointed to the role of Associate Director of the Ruth Lilly Law Library at IU McKinney. He joined the library faculty in 2012 and also serves as a lecturer in law.

Keele previously served as a reference librarian and adjunct professor of law at the William & Mary Law School. He is the faculty advisor for the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review. He received the American Association of Law Libraries Emerging Leader Award in 2020; he is chair of the organization’s Copyright Committee and edits a book review column in Law Library Journal. His research interests include copyright, scholarly publishing, and privacy law. He has written numerous articles and book contributions and presented at professional conferences.
