Latest Draft Paper by Professor Georgakopoulos Chosen as Staff Pick by Wolfram Research

Professor Nicholas Georgakopoulos’s latest draft paper has been chosen as a “staff pick” by Wolfram. His work, “The Conservative Paradox, Median Justice Proximity, and Principled Adjudication,” analyzes 5-4 decisions of the United States Supreme Court and the paradox that these lean conservative.

Professor Georgakopoulos is the Harold R. Woodard Professor of Law. He produces scholarship in the intersection of business and uncertainty.
