Judge Danielle Gaughan, '84, Named to Marion Superior Court

Judge Danielle Gaughan, 84, has been appointed to the Marion Superior Court. Judge Gaughan succeeds Judge Mark Jones, ’80, who resigned in January 2022.
Judge Gaughan currently serves as magistrate judge in the family court division in Marion Superior Court. She has served as a judicial officer since 2002. Prior to that she was an attorney and supervisor with the Marion County Public Defender Agency and has also served in private practice. She will be sworn in on a date yet to be determined.
