Professor Magliocca Talks 14th Amendment Challenges with Arizona Public Media

IU McKinney Professor Gerard Magliocca spoke with Arizona Public Media regarding three Arizona Republicans running for reelection in the 2022 election. The interview aired April 26 on Arizona Public Media.
The three Arizona elected officials are accused of having a role in the January 6, 2021, that disrupted the certification of President Joe Biden’s win in the 2020 election. A superior court judge threw the case out, but it is being appealed to the Arizona Supreme Court.
Professor Magliocca is a Samuel R. Rosen Professor of Law at IU McKinney and a nationally known expert in constitutional law. He is the author of five books, the latest of which, Washington’s Heir: The Life of Bushrod Washington, which was published by Oxford University Press in early 2022. He also is the author of over 20 articles on constitutional law and intellectual property.
