Judge Cummins, '06, Named to Johnson Superior Court

Judge Douglas B. Cummins, J.D. ’06, has been appointed to fill the vacancy in Johnson Superior Court 3. Governor Eric Holcomb made the announcement.
Judge Cummins had served as magistrate in Johnson Superior Courts since 2015. He was in private practice from 2013-2015 and served as a deputy prosecutor in Johnson County for 12 years prior to that. Before his legal career, Judge Cummins served in the United States Air Force for 10 years.
