Paul Peaper, '11, Named President of IHCA/INCAL

The Indiana Health Care Association/Indiana Center for Assisted Living, representing more than 485 long-term and post-acute care communities across the state, announced the appointment of Paul Peaper, J.D. ’11, as the new president of the association. His new role begins July 1.
Peaper will succeed Zach Cattell, J.D. ’08, who stepped down from his position this spring.
Peaper most recently served as the executive director of strategic affairs and corporate partnerships at Indiana University Health. His decade of leadership spearheading a variety of strategic and large-scale campaigns for the state includes coordinating all aspects of Indiana’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic including testing, tracing, vaccination, and overall strategy during his employment with the Office of Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb. He also served as the Governor’s senior advisor on all health care and insurance policy matters at both the state and federal level.
Peaper serves as an adjunct faculty at IU McKinney Law where he teaches healthcare business and revenue systems to law students.
