The following graduates of the IU McKinney School of Law were listed among the Best Lawyers in America for 2023. They are:

• Matthew W. Conner, ’93, of Lewis Wagner, was named to the list in the area of medical malpractice law – defendants and was selected as Indianapolis Lawyer of the Year for this catetory
• Dina M. Cox. ’95, of Lewis Wagner, was named to the list is the areas of mass tort litigation/class actions – defendants, and professional malpractice law – defendants, and also was selected as Indianapolis Lawyer of the Year for product liability litigation – defendants
• Richard K. Shoultz, ’90, of Lewis Wagner, was named to the list in the area of insurance law, and also was selected as the Indianapolis Lawyer of the Year in the areas of litigation – construction, and personal injury litigation – defendants
• John C. Trimble, ’81, of Lewis Wagner, was named to the list in the areas of insurance law, mediation, and personal injury litigation – defendants. He also was selected as the Indianapolis Lawyer of the Year in the areas of insurance law, and mediation
• Richard A. Blaiklock, ’97, of Lewis Wagner, was named to the list in the areas of business organizations – LLCs and partnerships, closely held companies and family business law, commercial litigation, corporate law, and litigation – real estate
• Wade D. Fulford, ’96, of Lewis Wagner, was named to the list in the area of medical malpractice law – defendants
• Jarrell B. Hammond, ’82, of Lewis Wagner, was named to the list in the areas of litigation – trusts and estates, mediation, and trusts and estates
• Kyle A. Lansberry, ’98, of Lewis Wagner, was named to the list in the areas of environmental law, insurance law, litigation – construction, and litigation – environmental
• Robert F. Wagner, ’67, of Lewis Wagner, was named to the list in the areas of personal injury litigation – defendants, and product liability litigation – defendants
• Duan W. Weliever, ’90, of Lewis Wagner, was named to the list in the area of personal injury litigation – defendants
• Thomas Q. Henry, ’75, of Woodard Emhardt Henry Reeves & Wagner, was named to the list in the area of patent law. This marks the 25^th year Henry has been recognized by the publication
• Kenneth A. Gandy, ’88, of Woodard Emhardt Henry Reeves & Wagner, was named the 2023 litigation patent Lawyer of the Year for Indiana. He also was named to the list in the areas of biotechnology and life sciences, litigation – intellectual property, litigation – patent, patent law, and trademark law
• David Craig, ’85, of Craig Kelley & Faultless, was named to the list in the area of personal injury litigation - plaintiffs
• Scott Faultless, ’91, of Craig Kelley & Faultless, was named to the list in the area of personal injury litigation – plaintiffs
• Alexander Craig, ’13, of Craig Kelley & Faultless, was named to the list in the area of personal injury litigation - plaintiffs
