Professor Katz Joins Advisory Board
09/26/2022
Professor Robert Katz was recently invited to serve on the Academic Advisory Board of Justice, the legal magazine of the International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists (ILJ). The ILJ, also known as “the legal arm of the Jewish people,” works to combat antisemitism, Holocaust denial, and racism and to promote human rights more generally.
Professor Katz, who serves alongside international law experts in various fields, was selected based on his expertise on the relationship between law and antisemitism, the subject of his research. A John S. Grimes Fellow at IU McKinney Law, he is currently writing Antisemitism and the Law, the first casebook of its kind, developing an accompanying course for law schools, and organizing academic conferences on the topic. He is a Senior Research Fellow at the Anti-Defamation League's Center for Antisemitism Research.
