One IU McKinney Alumna in Running for Indiana Court of Appeals

One of the three remaining candidates under consideration to fill the upcoming vacancy on the Indiana Court of Appeals is a graduate of IU McKinney. The vacancy happened when Judge Derek Molter joined the Indiana Supreme Court in September.
Judge Dana J. Kenworthy, ’01, Grant Superior Court is on the list sent to Governor Eric Holcomb. He has 60 days to make the final selection.
