Brandon Yosha Publishes Book
04/10/2023
Brandon Yosha, J.D. ’19, has written a book tracing his path from being a Division I football player to successful trial lawyer. Titled, “From Running Back to Giving Back: A Lineage of Civil Advocacy,” the book will be released April 30.
Yosha played college football at the University of Miami and Lehigh University, where he was the starting tailback as a sophomore. He was unable to continue his football career after an injury, and he completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University. He wanted to follow in the footsteps of his father, Buddy Yosha, and become a trial lawyer. He enrolled at IU McKinney and completed his legal education in 2019.
Five weeks after his admission to the bar, Yosha appeared in his first jury trial and won a $20.3 million verdict for his client. He has become one of the youngest lawyers ever recognized by Best Lawyers in America and was the youngest attorney ever recognized by Marquis Who’s Who in American Law.
Yosha’s book will be available beginning April 30.
