Professor Emmert is the John S. Grimes Professor of Law and Director of the Center for International and Comparative Law at IU McKinney. He recently resumed his role as managing editor of the European Journal of Law Reform, which he co-founded in 1998. He serves on the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center Task Force, which is developing guidelines for the use of artificial intelligence in dispute settlement procedures.
