IU McKinney and Tax Law Society Co-host Event with ISBA

The Indiana State Bar Association Tax Section held a CLE event in conjunction with the IU McKinney Tax Law Society titled “’Moore’ than Tax.” The program took place on April 2 and attracted law students and practitioners from the Indianapolis area to hear experts discuss the pending Supreme Court case, Moore v. US, including the potential implications of Section 965 being ruled unconstitutional. Panelists included Professor Stephanie R. Hoffer, Lawrence A. Jegen III Chair in Tax Law at IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law; Erik Jensen, Coleman P. Burke Professor Emeritus of Law at Case Western Reserve; and Jennifer Bird-Pollan, Judge William T. Lafferty Professor of Law at UK Rosenberg College of Law.
