Professor Florence Wagman Roisman's chapter "Constitutional and 
Statutory Mandates for Residential Racial Integration and The Validity of Race-Conscious Affirmative Action to Achieve It" appears in the recently published book entitled The Integration Debate: Competing Futures For American Cities (Ed. Chester Hartman and Gregory D. Squires, Routledge Taylor & Francis Group, 2009).
Professor Roisman is the William F. Harvey Professor of Law and an expert on housing discrimination issues.
