Professor Karen E. Bravo was elected as incoming co-chair of the Teaching International Law Interest Group at the 105th Annual Meeting of the American Society of International Law (Harmony and Dissonance in International Law), held in Washington, D.C., March 23 - 26, 2011. Established in 1906, the American Society of International Law's mission is to foster the study of international law and to promote the establishment and maintenance of international relations on the basis of law and justice. The Teaching International Law Interest Group provides a forum for those involved in or interested in teaching international law to discuss approaches, methods, and new techniques taking place both in the United States and abroad. Professor Bravo's 3-year term commenced at the annual meeting.
