IU McKinney Welcomes Meng Yanchen, 35th Visiting Scholar to the Joint Center for Asian Law Studies

IU McKinney welcomes Meng Yanchen, who is an Associate Professor in the Health Law Department in the School of Health Care Management & Education at Capital Medical University in Beijing. Meng is the 35th visiting scholar to study at IU McKinney as part of the Joint Center for Asian Law Studies.
Meng’s specialty is global health law, especially the distribution of limited health care resources across county borders. She arrived during the Fall 2017 semester, and will visit at IU McKinney until September 30, 2018.
