Professor Emmert Discusses Poland's Prime Minister with Polish Newspaper

Professor Frank Emmert discussed the rule of Poland’s Prime Minister, Mateusz Morawiecki, for a story in a newspaper there. Morawiecki and Professor Emmert co-wrote a book, titled, “The Law of the European Union.”
Professor Emmert is the John S. Grimes Professor of Law and the Executive Director of the Center for International and Comparative Law. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, North American Branch.
