Professor Wilson Lectures at Shanghai Normal University, Meets with Two Former Visiting Scholars

During a recent visit to China, Professor Tom Wilson delivered a lecture to students at Shanghai Normal University School of Law and Political Science. He talked with students about the impact of vertical federalism on the American legal system and about opportunities for Chinese students to study law in the U.S. In the photo at left, Professor Wilson is shown with some of the SNU students.
Professor Wilson also met with two SNU law professors, Hu Tingsong and Deng Jie, both of whom were visiting scholars at IU McKinney from Spring 2016 to Spring 2017. Wilson, Hu, and Deng discussed opportunities for further collaboration between IU McKinney and SNU School of Law and Political Science.
Professor Wilson is the Director of the Joint Center for Asian Law Studies and the Chinese Law Summer Program.
