The Center for Intellectual Property Law and Innovation at IU McKinney hosted John Robert Rudolph, Assistant General Counsel and Trademark Attorney at Eli Lilly and Company, and Connie Lindman of Frost Brown Todd, for its lunchtime lecture series for students. The discussion took place on October 1.
Rudolph and Lindman talked about "Emerging Issues in Trademark Law and Practice." The series provides an opportunity for students to hear from legal practitioners working in the field of IP law, and affords them the chance to ask questions and get to know the speaker after the lecture.
