Marilee Springer Appointed to IU Board of Trustees

Marilee Springer, J.D. ’96, has been appointed to the Indiana University Board of Trustees. Her appointment takes effect immediately.
Springer is a partner at Faegre Drinker, where she serves as outside general counsel to her clients, providing concierge-level service to tax-exempt organizations, social impact entities, donors and high-net-worth families, and quasi-governmental entities. She focuses on corporate, governance, tax and structuring issues, and her clients are served by lawyers across the entire Faegre Drinker platform. She is a member of the firm’s health and life sciences industry team steering committee, where she co-leads the hospitals and health systems segment.
Springer will be sworn in during the board’s meeting in September. She will serve until June 30, 2028.
