Professor Edwards is 'world's leading expert' on LL.M. Programs per the National Jurist

Professor George Edwards, whose interview with the National Jurist was published on November 19, 2014, was identified as “the world’s leading expert when it comes to U.S. graduate law degrees for foreign-trained lawyers.”
In the interview, Professor Edwards spoke about what motivates U.S. law schools to create and expand United States’ master of law degree programs and what international students find attractive about these U.S. law programs.
Professor Edwards is Special Assistant to the Dean for Inter-Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations, the director of the Program in International Human Rights Law, the C.M. Gray Professor of Law, and a John S. Grimes Fellow. In addition, Professor Edwards is the founding faculty director of the Guantanamo Bay Military Commission Observation Project / The Gitmo Observer, that sends IU McKinney students, faculty, staff and graduates to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to monitor U.S. Military Commission hearings.
Furthermore, Professor Edwards authored the book, LL.M. Roadmap: An International Student’s Guide to U.S. Law School Programs, published in 2011, and created the book’s website www.LLMRoadMap.com.
