Professor Waterhouse Writes Column for "Indianapolis Recorder"

Professor Carlton Waterhouse has written a column about the recent police shootings of unarmed Blacks for the Indianapolis Recorder. The piece was published on December 10.
Professor Waterhouse is a Dean’s Fellow and an internationally well-known scholar for his research and writing on reparations for historic injustices and state human rights violations.
