Professor Waterhouse Writes on Reparations for NYT's Room for Debate

Professor Carlton Waterhouse wrote on the topic of the payment of reparations to African-Americans as part of the “Room for Debate” feature on the opinion pages of The New York Times. His column, titled “Reparations Would Hit at the Core of Racial Inequality” was published January 28.
Professor Waterhouse is a Dean’s Fellow and an internationally well-known scholar for his research and writing on reparations for historic injustices and state human rights violations.
