Professor Xuan-Thao Nguyen presented a lecture titled “Karaoke and Copyright Law” at the National Economics University Faculty of Law in Hanoi, Vietnam on March 28. Professor Nguyen, who holds the Gerald L. Bepko Chair in Law, is the director of the IU McKinney Center for Intellectual Property Law and Innovation. She is an internationally recognized legal scholar, known for her expertise in the intersections of intellectual property, secured transactions, bankruptcy, licensing, and taxation.
