Professor Waterhouse Column on Climate Justice Published in "New York Times"

Professor Carlton Waterhouse published a column on the topic of a societal movement toward climate justice in the May 23 issue of The New York Times. In the piece, Professor Waterhouse notes that citizens are taking up the issue themselves more and more, framing the issue in terms of ethics and as a societal issue rather than just in environmental terms.
Professor Waterhouse is a Dean’s Fellow and is director of the Environment Energy and Natural Resources Law Program at IU McKinney. He is nationally recognized for his work on environmental justice and is known internationally for his research and writing on reparations for historic injustices and state human rights violations.
