Professor Terry's Article on Obama Administration's Privacy Bill Published on "Health Affairs Blog"

Professor Nicolas Terry’s analysis of the Obama administration’s draft of the Consumer Privacy Bill of Rights Act has been published on the Health Affairs Blog.
The article, titled “Should Health Lawyers Pay Attention To The Administration’s Privacy Bill?” examines the differences between the administration’s 2012 consumer privacy framework and this 2015 draft bill.
Professor Terry is the Hall Render Professor of Law and executive director of the Hall Center for Law and Health. His research interests lie primarily at the intersection of medicine, law, and information technology. His recent scholarship has dealt with health privacy, social media and health, big data, and health care fragmentation.
