Professor Terry Comments for Buzzfeed on Planned Parenthood Investigation
06/02/2016
Professor Nicolas Terry commented for the news website Buzzfeed.com about the long-running congressional investigation into Planned Parenthood and fetal tissue donations. The request seeks more information on whether three California Planned Parenthood clinics broke patient privacy rules when women donated tissue from their aborted fetuses for research purposes.
Professor Terry said the Select Investigative Panel has “a pretty thin argument” for seeking the federal investigation. “I wouldn’t expect a very swift investigation on this front.” The story was posted June 2.
